Kingsway Home Care Services

The Kingsway tradition of caring now extends into your home. Kingsway Home Care provides assistance to people who wish to remain in their own homes through an array of services. Our nursing staff will assess your needs and assist you in determining a schedule that is personally suited to you in your surroundings. Services are provided hourly, daily or weekly, and around the clock if needed. Each staff member is credentialed and certified according to New York State Department of Health Regulations.

Nursing services

medication pre-pours, blood pressure checks, dressing changes, nursing case management, assistance with and consultation regarding nursing home placement including PRI/Screen (a requirement for nursing home placement)

Aide services

personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming as well as companion duties

Companion care

assist with laundry, housekeeping, errands, meal preparation or accompany you to appointments

Private Duty

one-on-one services provided within a hospital, nursing home, or adult home/assisted living facility setting

In-home therapy

services of a Registered Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist are available
