Golf Tournament a success

Thanks for another successful golf tournament

Kingsway's 19th annual golf tournament to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast New York was held on June 7, 2010 at the Mohawk Golf Club in Niskayuna, NY. The weather cooperated as 101 golfers played 18 holes then attended the buffet dinner and awards presentation.  Kingsway is pleased to announce that $31,000 was raised at this year's tournament as a result of the very generous sponsors and golfers who participated in this event.
Their financial support helps the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeast New York grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.  Thank you for providing wish children and their families with memories of joy and laughter that are dramatically different from hospitals, doctors, and treatment programs.  For a child with a life-threatening medical condition, there is nothing like the power of a wish.
