As part of our seamless continuum of care, Kingsway Arms has developed postacute programs and services to meet the varying health needs of our residents.  With an integrated approach to resident care, we can be used as an intermediate step from hospital or rehab to home.

Providing these services in the Nursing Center allows us to better manage some acute conditions and promote shortened recovery periods.  The services may also reduce the need for hospitalization for some residents, thereby reducing transfer trauma and helping to maintain their highest quality of life.

Rehabilitation Services

Kingsway Rehabilitation Services is a cooperative program between Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, the Speech and Reading Center and Kingsway Arms Nursing Center that delivers exceptional rehabilitation therapy services to meet the physical, communication, and cognitive needs of the residents of the skilled nursing facility of Kingsway Community.  We are committed to meeting the long-term care needs of our residents as well as assisting people to return to their home whenever possible.
