Take a family break the Kingsway

Kingsway Respite Services afford an opportunity for a temporary break while the primary caregiver may be away, on vacation, or tending to other needs inside or outside the home.  Respite care can also be used as an intermediate step from hospital or rehab to home or to help get back into a regular routine.  Whatever the reason, services require a one-week minimum up to a six-week maximum.  Families can have peace of mind knowing their loved one is in a safe, supportive environment while they are away.

Respite Services are provided within Kingsway Manor Assisted Living facility. Candidates for respite must meet all the requirements for assisted living/adult home residency.  The individual would have a furnished, private room at Kingsway Manor and enjoy all the benefits of residency – for a limited time. 

Services included:

 •  assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
 •  supervision and management of medications
 •  delicious restaurant-style meals served with choice of entrée in our dining room
 •  housekeeping with linen service
 •  laundry
 •  diversified activities including intergenerational programs with the children of
    Kingsway Kids Center
