Memory Care Center

Kingsway's Memory Care Center opened in March 2011. The secure wing, located within our Kingsway Manor Assisted Living residence, is for individuals with early to mid-stage dementia, is a place where quality of life is priority.

Each resident has individual and specific needs relating to their medical, physical, emotional and social well-being. The programs offered at the Memory Care Center are designed to maximize independence and to increase each resident's quality of life. Offering support with family focus, the services and amenities include: 24-hour specially trained staff on-site, registered nurse oversight and on call 24 hrs. a day, assistance with personal care needs, flexible bathing and shower schedules, individualized and group activities, comfortable lounges and gathering areas, social work support, medication assistance, cueing and reminders, nutritious meals and snacks, private courtyard, beauty salon/barber shop, housekeeping and laundry services, secure doors to ensure safety, coordination of radiological, podiatric, laboratory and psychological services.
