Kingsway Arms Nursing Center receives Customer Experience Award

Kingsway Arms Nursing Center is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight's 2016 Customer Experience AwardTM, qualifying for the award in the categories: Quality of Food, Cleanliness, Recommend to Others, Admission Process, Safety and Security and Combined Average. Kingsway Arms Nursing Center displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, Kingsway Arms has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. Clients have the opportunity to achieve this Best in Class distinction on a monthly basis in many categories designed to accurately reflect each resident's experience.

Mark Olsen, Administrator of Kingsway Arms, describes receiving the awards as an honor, stating that, "These awards are very special because they represent the actual level of satisfaction of our customers using a third party company to measure their satisfaction. Our team of caregivers, over 325 strong, deserve all the recognition for these awards. They are the best of the best."

Throughout its 41 year history of serving the community, Kingsway Arms has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2015, a sampling of Kingsway Arms customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate Kingsway Arms in specific categories. Every month, Kingsway Arms has gathered its real-time survey results in order to gain a better understanding of the residents' needs and make improvements when necessary. "One example of these improvements, based on satisfaction survey information, was the expansion of outdoor recreation space for the enjoyment of our residents and families," explains Olsen. "Safe and functional outdoor areas are very important to our residents and we plan to continue to expand outdoor access in the coming years."
