The Kingsway Story
Kingsway Community is a locally owned and family-operated senior living community located on a 25-acre campus in the Woodlawn section of Schenectady, New York.
Since 1975, we have offered a full continuum of care and services from skilled nursing and rehabilitation, assisted living and memory care, to independent living apartments, home care, and respite. Driven by a desire to ensure respectful and high quality care for his own parents, Dr. J. Peter McPartlon first established Kingsway with the opening of Kingsway Arms Nursing Center. Today Kingsway Community is led by his son, Michael McPartlon.
As President & CEO, Michael and a staff of over 500 dedicated and compassionate professionals understand the importance of helping each resident live life to their fullest while providing the support and care needed for comfort and peace of mind.
