My Mom often said, "I love the food here, especially since I don't have to prepare it." The dietary department did a fine job, trying to keep weight on her with extra snacks of cheese and crackers. Shrimp and special requests on her birthday were great. The dining room staff is very patient, even when we were the last ones to leave.
