Azra Stracuzzi
RN, Administrator, Kingsway Manor Assisted Living and Memory Care Center
As Administrator of Kingsway Manor Assisted Living, Azra has 20 years of experience in health care including acute care, long term and assisted living. She began her career in the health care field as a Certified Nurse Assistant, worked to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and eventually a Registered Nurse. She is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served during Operation Enduring Freedom and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. Azra is pleased to work at Kingsway. "I appreciate the family atmosphere and feel privileged to work with older adults in such a gracious environment".
Katie George
Senior Living Specialist
After over 27 years in the corporate business world, Katie discovered her true passion – working with seniors. For the past 15 years, Katie has been helping seniors navigate through the changes that occur as they move from one independent situation to another. She is thrilled to call Kingsway her home.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Siena College where she also concentrated in Psychology and Sociology. She has an extensive background in customer service and client relationship management. Katie is an active volunteer in her parish community.
Sandra Martin
Admissions Coordinator - Assisted Living
Sandra began her career in senior care as a teen, working as a nursing aide after school and on weekends. Early on Sandra knew she had a passion for engaging directly with older adults, and she enjoyed learning about their lives. Since then, Sandra has accrued over four decades of experience in healthcare, including many years of providing direct care nursing and clinical supervision as a LPN in a long term care setting. As Kingsway Manor’s Admission Coordinator Sandra enjoys devoting her expert knowledge in guiding families and seniors to find the support, care and individualized assistance in which Kingsway specializes.
David Merola
Dining Services Manager
David joined Kingsway Community with over 30 years of experience in every aspect of dining service, from scratch baker to production to staff management. A graduate of The University at Albany, David began his career as a cook at a local hospital and he takes great pride in making sure Kingsway residents receive exceptional service at every meal, party and event.
Jillian Olsen
Director of Nursing
As the Director of Nursing for Kingsway Manor Assisted Living & Memory Care Center, Jillian specializes in care that is focused on optimizing function and independence while providing individualized nursing support for each of our residents. Jillian has over 20 years of experience in healthcare with focuses on rehabilitation, acute care and critical care nursing. She is also a certified Assisted Living Nurse Specialist. Jillian enjoys being a part of each resident’s life and says “I value providing more than just nursing care to my residents. It is important to me that we use a holistic approach to maximize the older adults well-being and quality of life.”
